Strengths Based Influence

After identifying your strengths, we will sort through ways to leverage and utilize them in a variety of scenarios to influence others towards a common goal. We will spend time learning how to recognize other's strengths to allow for greater team cohesion and trust.
This is based off of Clifton's Strengths Assessment.
