So the story goes...
With deep roots in the agricultural industry, Jarrod and Becca Creasy have spent their entire lives passionately pursuing excellence as it relates to entrepreneurial ventures, working in the corporate Ag sector, remaining faithful in their Christian journeys, and most recently in raising their little firecracker daughter, Finley.
Jarrod served as a State FFA Officer (Georgia) while in college, where he studied animal and soil sciences. He grew up in the cattle industry and worked in the family business of drilling irrigation and residential wells. Following college, Jarrod spent several years working at and learning from some of the most prestigious cattle operations in the country. In 2014, Jarrod made the leap into full-time entrepreneurship when he launched 920 Cattle & Company. He has built the multi-million farm operation from the ground up, through a variety of changes and market shifts, all with a strong sense of intuition, commitment, transparency and integrity.
Becca also served as a State FFA Officer (Florida) before completing her education in agricultural economics (B.A.) and education (M.S.). Following some time advising and teaching at a small college, she worked for a US Senator and then began a near-decade long career with the largest seeds and traits company in the world. Since mid-2019, Becca has been working full-time in the business her and Jarrod established, 920 Cattle. Her professional work has included deep dives in sales, product management, customer experience, engaging internal partners, leveraging external networks and business strategy.
Their story is one of great love and even greater faith. After losing their first child in 2016, having a daughter born prematurely and only weighing 2 pounds 5 ounces in 2017, a farm accident that led to amputation for Jarrod later in 2017, compounded by natural disasters and everyday events in entrepreneurship and farming, Jarrod and Becca have experienced significant trauma and crisis. Through their profound connection to their faith, key coping and processing strategies, and a light sense of humor, they're able to provide a unique perspective on personal growth, business principals, customer centricity, and family dynamics.
Together they own and operate 920 Cattle & Company (cattle, hay and farm-to-consumer meats), C Straight Land Management, and 920 Fries Frozen Foods (a USDA Inspected butcher facility). They have learned through significant business struggles and tremendous growth and prosperity and have gleaned a great amount of experience from the hard knocks during their entrepreneurial journey.
